Ajmichalka

AJ Michalka was born in the city of Torrance in Calif. Her mother Carrie, also a musician, also inspired her to take up the profession of musician. The two were born in Torrance, California, AJ was inspired by her mother, Carrie, who herself was a musician. AJ was a part of her growing up in Torrance as well as Seattle as well as Milwaukee. The sisters were able to play the piano and guitar at an early age. They were already well versed in their field when they entered adolescence. AJ began performing at around the age five and took part in church productions. AJ played a part with her school's musical performances. Her acting journey began in 2002 at the age of 11 aged and she played a starring part in the TV series Passions. After her initial performances, she went on absence from 1999 until 2005 to study at college.Chlumsky returned to acting , with roles in several independent films, including Blood Car (2007) and In the Loop (2009).
