AbbyAmerican actress, comedian, impressionist Abby Elliott. Elliott is most well-known for her work as a Saturday Night Live sketch comedy cast member between 2008 and 2012. After the end of SNL she appeared as an actress in Bravo's comedy Odd Mom Out, and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the sibling of Bridey Elliott, an actor/comedian, and Chris Elliott, who is her father. Elliott was born in New York City, the elder of two children. Paula Niedert is a talent coordinator, and Chris Elliott is her mother. Her grandfather was a radio comedian Bob Elliott. [1] Her younger sibling is an actress Bridey Elliott. They both were born in Wilton, Connecticut. 2 She was a student at Immaculate High School Danbury in Connecticut where she was an actor in school plays and musicals. After graduating from Immaculate High School in 2005 she was accepted into Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but was unable to attend her first semester.

After her initial performances, she went on absence from 1999 until 2005 to study at college.Chlumsky returned to acting , with roles in several independent films, including Blood Car (2007) and In the Loop (2009).
